"We stayed for one night. We were very pleased with the staff at the reception desk who were very helpful. This hotel was very nice and location is great!!"
"When we arrived it was evident our mattress had seen better days. They immediately replaced it with a new one with a smile on their face. The mini kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishes. There was soap provided. The blackout curtains were helpful as we were there in June. The air conditioning worked well as we were in a heat wave, very much appreciated. The breakfast bar was excellent with many options. Good coffee with the option to have the staff make a special coffee. Underground excellent parking for the days that we rented a car. Good access to the riverfront and trams and many options for dinner nearby. Pleasant informative staff."
"An area around any train station is always crowded and less-glamorous than the rest of a city. This hotel was easy to get to when I arrived, just right across from the station. It felt safe and was comfortable."
