"While the property is in a great location, we experienced several issues that impacted our visit. The television in our room was non-functional, and despite checking in with staff, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the carpet upon our arrival. We also extended our stay and requested housekeeping services multiple times; however, our room was never cleaned. We were disappointed that these concerns were not addressed during our time with you. I hope you will look into these service lapses to improve the experience for future guests."

"In my room there wasn't a bathtub, but a walk in shower. This was great for us as we are older adults with some disabilities. What I didn't like, was the toilet was low on the floor."

"I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available Stayed while visiting The Dismals Canyon"
