We were given a substandard room that looked like a construction zone! I was refunded a seemingly small amount for the inconvenience, but I believe I should have been refunded the entire amount of the room to which we were assigned. I've stayed at this property many times but will probably stay again: there is no guarantee that I'll be given the room I booked. Thank you."
