"Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

The benefits are the charming surroundings; the drawbacks the noise in the streets in the evening and night from lots of partying students. The apartment and furniture are not new but functional. Communication with the landlord is through WhatsApp, so make sure you have that available and turned on."

The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "Great hotel about 15 min walk to center of old city. Parking next door which was wonderful as we had a car. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and hot options. We ate at the hotel restaurant on 2 nights which was amazing and easy as we were exhausted. "

"This was the best Chain hotel I have ever stayed at, and i travel alot. The room was huge and had everything you needed. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing we needed was to ask to have the AC turned on, as its a green hotel and controlled by the front desk. The 6euro breakfast was well worth it. All you can eat and was a wide variety of food. The desk staff was more then welcoming and helpful. It was located pretty well, about an hour walk to downtown. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in the area."
