"This was my 3rd stay at this establishment in the last 6 months. On this particular trip, I enjoyed the faculty and all its amenities. The staff were very welcoming as they remembered whom I was from previous visits. Overall I would rate this experience a 4 of 5 due to a few hiccups. "The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. "
