Staff (manager) was super nice. However, this is basically a 1 star hotel. There were bugs, the swing lock on the front door was broken, the water came out of the faucet brown, the sheets had big holes in them, the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall, and remember ... there were bugs! Gross!

The walls were dirty, even the lamp shade was dirty. I didn't even take a shower because it was so dirty. The baseboards were dirty and coming off. I am super disappointed with my stay and I can't believe OYO has their name associated with this location. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, and that's where it ended. I asked her for directions to my room, and she said that my room had a view of the pool. View of the swamp, I think she meant to say. The room was clean-ish
