"On the 3rd floor elevator did not work we booked our hotel on your website for nonsmoking that did not happen. I was told first come first served which I’ve never heard of I really need a refund I have spine issues had to walk up 3 flights of stairs my daughter has asthma in a room that was pouring out smoke may I add the whole 3rd floor is a smoking floor! Let not forget the wrestling team that stayed above us I had to complain on 6 times just stumping and wrestling all not worse experience! Thanks to the front desk guy who did let me get a late check out which was a reasonable price."

Bathroom and floor were clean but room should be wiped down better…table top, tv area, nightstand, etc. Shower head and microwave were dirty. Sometimes, bed frame made a strange sound with slight movements. "
