"The room we booked was a king size bed with a jetted tub. The tub was extremely dirty and had broken pieces laid on the tub. The room itself smelled of mildew and the tile in the bathroom was cracking all over. We still stayed only because we spent most of the night out."

"I stayed for a weekend, and the last time I stayed before this the casino and hotel was in better condition. This casino hotel is degrading, the casino itself has fewer slots and the rooms are outdated. The staff are nice and make sure you get your drinks on time. I understand Sam’s Town was bought by the Ballys Corporation, in which there is a Ballys next door, so I guess we’ll see how it goes. Also, I was sad that the buffet was gone and they put a sportsbook area there. The buffet was one of the things I looked forward to every time I stayed before. "

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."
