"Wifi was down. The computers near the lobby were disconnected. The rooms smell musty and old. The bathroom floor looks like it was not mopped. You can see dirty shoe prints on the tile."

"Staff were helpful, rooms were okay, beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning wasn't very good. But all the patrons were sober and decent individuals. Overall I think it was not bad."

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."

"The manager and assistant manager were super helpful and friendly. The cleaning crews worked hard to keep everything clean. The room was spacious, but the carpet was very worn and everything was outdated. The bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade."
