Broken barn door to toilet. Very hard to open and it was the accessible HC room. No towels in room upon arrival. No hot water for morning showers.

I’ll never stay here again as long as I live! Check in process was OK except I had a hotel worker asking me for too many questions about my stay and what I was there for and why am I honeymoon by myself. My husband showed up later Room was dirty.
There were no washcloths in the bathroom. There were no smaller towels in the bathroom. Hair underneath the blanket which was not mine or my husband. There were smaller towels in the room. We called down to get an extra blanket brought up and that took about 3040 minutes took another 30 to 40 minutes. I also asked for some toothpaste and toothbrush and took about 25 minutes. Bathroom sliding door is a hazard and my finger got stuck in it. The market was completely unstocked. There was nothing to eat , there wasn’t even plastic diningware for the food we ordered out. when I asked the front desk for it took him 20 minutes. So we decided to go swimming in the heated pool and we went down there and it was 730 on a Sunday night our honeymoon and the door was locked and there were some sort of supervised swimming going on with people swimming laps. It was so loud including a lot of screaming and I could hear everything on the other side, which was a bunch of kids running around so much noise and people that were smoking in the hallway. Supposed to be last night and we don’t have a lot of money and it was a complete disaster to this place .

There was lotion or some other similar substance all over the carpet when we arrived. I was too tired to complain as check in took forever due to it apparently being difficult to use cash (even if you check that option online when booking) it may be something small to the leadership at this hotel, but to those trying to get away or have a relaxing weekend this is appalling, offensive and disgusting. who knows what it is, and how can you miss this when cleaning rooms?? Guests such as myself pay a high price for a stay, and this just left me with nothing but regret about choosing this property. $374 for two night din a room with a questionable substance all over the carpet. Disgusting lack of effort to care for guests.

I love staying at Aloft! It is perfectly located, close to Rte 95, very friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. The bathroom could use a checkup: good shower, but the toilet and sink connections are loose, and the toilet tissue could be better quality. Otherwise perfect.

The gentleman that greeted me at check in recognized me from a previous stay as did the bartender later on. Both were very welcoming. I observed George, the bartender, was lovely to all the patrons. This is a very comfortable hotel to stay at.

The property was great! Great price…quiet, nice rooms. My only complaint was they came and did a smoke detector check of our room (and others). Our smoke detector was not working! Good thing there wasn’t a fire! That made me uneasy! Shower was ice cold and took 10 minutes of running it to get warm.

Ok place to just stay the night
Overall the hotel was ok. If you are just looking for a place to stay the night, its just that. There is absolutely no restaurant on site as advertised. The only food available is frozen microwaved food offered at the bar. The breakfast is truly no more than an average continetal breakfast in which you are charged inflated proces for each item.
I will say that the room was pretty clean, and was fairly comfortable. Seemed slightly dated but ok overall. The in room fridge worked great, most hotels the fridge barely keeps things cool, this one worked really great. The shower products were decent as well, and the beat part of the room and hotel was the shower.

Check in was slow and seemed redundant considering i had all the hotels.com info and reservation was there . Front desk person was unable to clearly answer questions . Remote and clock in room were broken - remote had duct tape on battery area and barely worked .

The hotel is nicely located and generally was comfortable. Good included breakfast and excellent barman at night. However, it has serious maintenance problems. The heating system in our room was rigged to maintain a relatively good ambiance, but the main unit controls were dead and even the on/off function did not work - I could not shut off the fan, let alone bring it to a lower, less noisy speed; the temp controls were not active, although the thermostat was displaying requested levels. The second issue was that for our five days stay one of two elevators was not functional. With better maintenance it would be a nice hotel.

Second stay at this hotel. As before I found everyone pleasant and attentive.
The accommodation is on the more basic end of the spectrum but is clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. No complainrs and will return.
