*Disclaimer-the staff was wonderful and this does not apply to them*
Upon arrival at the hotel around 2:30 PM I was informed that check-in would not be until at least 3 PM due to ongoing construction in the lobby. The construction company was removing a wall and ran into some issues with the ducting so the dining room is completely taped off with plastic, I was told the construction was contained to the lobby however, upon entering, I found there was construction going on throughout the hallways. The room I stayed in was not nice. There was a cabinet door missing off of the bathroom cabinet and it was laying inside the cabinet, there was a bubble in the ceiling from an apparent water leak, the TVs did not function until maintenance came upstairs to program both of them then, when I woke up the next morning, they would have to be reprogrammed again, if I wanted to watch TV . This is not ideal for a hotel room the air conditioner unit had some thing growing in the vents and the Ottoman had a cigarette burn hole in it. The kitchen was not adequately set up with dish ware and silverware for someone to stay there long term. I tried to find some thing redeeming about this hotel, but there simply was nothing. I wanted to soak my feet in the bathtub after a long day of travel, however, there was no stopper for the bathtub.
