The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4, the queen beds are super soft and comfortable, pillows are plush. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and shower was nice and warm, no lack of hot water. We used the pool located on the 5th floor, it’s one of the larger indoor pools you’ll find in a Boston hotel, my kids loved it. Great location with the Copley Mall attached and close proximity to the Copley T stop as well as the Back Bay T station, Newbury St shopping minutes away. Highly recommended for any stay!
