Very clean hotel, friendly stuff, comfy beds, big room, quiet and great location. Felt very safe there. Easy uber into central Boston. Would stay again.
The stay was amazing! Arrived late and the attendant that took care of me tried to help as much as possible. Eventually, he was able to provide me with a room! Location is central to so many things!
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was usually just a 10 minute ride from the tourist places (except of course, rush hour). Close to a little shopping mall that had a CVS, Target, Panera, Best Buy so we could walk over and get the couple of things we forgot to pack.
You can’t really walk too far from this property without running into some seemingly unsafe areas. Otherwise, nice property and convenient to much of city attractions.
Wonderful staff and clean hotel, however the Bistro had limited hours and wasn’t conducive to travelers coming in at odd hours. Too long to stay closed between 10am and 5pm! Boohoo!
