Breakfast was one of the best I have seen, with many stations of all kinds of breakfast items, there are not many options near by so that was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. But there was a piano bar on the 1st level, you could hear the noise on the 3rd floor.

mandatory valet parking was a pain even though the staff running it were efficient and friendly. There needs to be a self-park option. We will recommend the hotel for being excellent for night before St patricks day as it is walking distance to the parade. We enjoyed the breakfast smoothie and open concept eating area. Eco theme was appreciated. I just wish it was the norm at hotels and not a trendy theme. Keep it up.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was good, and quiet. Everything was fine, except there was no parking available at all, even at $54 per day. They were “full”. Which is unacceptable. I had to park at the Omni several blocks away and way overtip the parking valet to get my car parked there, because the Omni normally doesn’t allow parking there unless you have a room there.

Great breakfast... and a lettuce/herb garden, in the lobbby... they grow for you to eat! FUN! Great location, literally across the street from the convention center.

Our family's favorite hotel. Love the Seaport district so centrally located. This place is always pristine, and the breakfast bar cannot be beat. My first-choice when staying in Boston.

I was incredibly content with everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice especially the housekeepers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and if I ever return to Boston, this is the hotel I will go to. I felt safe and I have no complaints at all. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, I’ve stayed in other hotels but none of them compared to how comfortable like I did at this hotel.

Everything was awesome til I wiped off with a towel and had a blond pupic hair on my lips . The last day other than that everyone is nice respectful. I paid for my room and I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit. I had an allowance from the government to get to the border to protect. The manager didn’t care I had 100 cash I said let me stay tonight it was the night of the storm. She said 1 night is a 300 dollar deposit. She wasn’t budging. I was upset I had to call my wife to send me money on PayPal. Other Marriott don’t charge it. I was nice I don’t want to assume why she was hard . I even offered my ID and the hundred for one night . I’m still in California I got my nose broken seen horror on the border. I’m never going to go to a Marriott again! The hair in my mouth and the manager and I stay at a lot of Marriotts and the thousand of other men and women I work with . I will share my story one act of kindness could have changed my feelings. Sad stuff

The staff is awesome ! Breakfast is great but I wish there were more options for lunch and dinner though there are tons of nearby restaurants about a mile away. Easy walk to Seaport and Uber to North End. My only real complaint is that they need updated furniture / couches / tables etc in rooms and they need to get the Marriot Beds and pillows! I understand that these things may be in the works. Again cannot say enough about the staff and new manager.

I liked eve rything but the breakfast both days! The choice of eggs was below par & sandwiches were dried out from heat lamp! Fruit & cereal was a better choice!

Pet-Friendly Hotel with Great Amenities
I stayed at Element hotel and it had great amenities, including a self service espresso machine. It was also great for our dog. It's conveniently located in town, but the neighborhood isn't very walkable. Overall, a good experience for anybody, including pet owners.

Nice hotel! We were in a junior suite and it was the perfect amount of space for my mom, sister and me. We loved having a sitting are other than our bed. Kitchenette gas all the essentials you need - glasses, cork screw etc. also great location close to restaurants and valet parking.

Clean area & and room. Only negative I have is the parking situation. Valet is $50 per day and or self parking which charges every time you have to step out. Street parking is only limited to 2 hours max. I actually got a street parking ticket.

In order to avoid the in and out charges it is best to not self-park as the lot is a public lot for the BCEC convention center. Street parking is at your own risk, free overnight only and yes there is a 2hr parking limit at most meter is the city of Boston. We appreciate your feedback.
