It was very loud; doors slamming and people running down hallways/stomping above at all hours. I was there for 4 nights; housekeeping did not come once! My 2 trash cans were over flowing. I needed more towels. I didn’t have hand soap for sink. TV service was spotty. I went to front desk to make another reservation for a few days later. A couple of hours later, I returned to inquire about something regarding said reservation. I was told I didn’t have an upcoming reservation, despite the fact I just made it a couple of hours prior! Very frustrating experience during this stay!

liked the bedding and towels. Breakfast selections were great. Unfortunately, our toilet didn't flush. After the staff tried to fix it to no avail, we were moved to different room This put a lot of stress on us since we needed to get ready for a wedding we were to attend

When I first walked in the room it smell like wet dirty rugs, the price I paid for that room was super expensive, the next day at 9:00 am there was kids crying,running in the hallway,slamming the doors and no adult supervision,and the hotel staff didn’t do anything about it , no utensils in the rooms , will never stay there again!

Bad hotel experience

I booked this hotel for my cousin coming from Miami with his wife and his daughter for 5 days vacations. No housekeeping came to clean his room, when called to address the issue they ignored him. I heard that they put him in a so-called (special immigrant guest program) that’s why they don’t come to do his room they just hand him towels when needed. That’s very sad to be honest

Mediocre Stay for Business Trip

Stayed for four nights. The space and linens were all fine and clean. The room smelled musty and a bit like urine when entering. A group of men sat on the stoop outside each night smoking and drinking (something) - some from our group felt uncomfortable about them, but they didn’t seem interested in causing trouble. Bottom line: it was fine for a room during a short stay and offered something to eat and drink for breakfast, but if I had other options in the same price range I’d look elsewhere

Pros: Bed was comfy. Quality shower products in nice mounted dispensers. Good nightstands with drawers. Writing desk. Blackout curtains. Good size fridge. Coffee pot. Cons: Breakfast was garbage. Phone in my room was broken, and even the electrician could not fix it—totally unacceptable!!

The worst hotel I ever stayed. The smell of old bacterial and chemical carpets, the old room with a smelling of air condition that by the way could not be adjusted. The service from personal was non existing. This can’t be a part of Marriott hotel
