They had the same bedding that they use at the Hampton. I feel they could do better. The staff was great however, they charge for breakfast and the Hampton gave breakfast free. Parking was plentiful. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10.

location was great. The bar in the lobby was nice. My only con is trash was not taking out on a regular basis. the trash in front of the hotel was packed to the brim. The trash by the elevator on our floor had lots of trash it in from the time we checked in to the time we checked out which i feel like is the reason why we had small flies in our room throughout the night. Only stayed 1 night. Lots of parking which was a plus.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. We needed bedding for the pull out sofa bed and a call to the front desk had the bedding delivered quickly. The location was excellent with the mall and a variety of restaurants nearby.

When we arrived later in the evening the staff was ki d and helpful. They said they could help with a cab in the morning and pointed out the small restaurant if needed. The young lady running the bar turned on the light to the restaurant, welcomed us, took our order, and was a breath of fresh air. The next morning the gal at the front desk was not helpful when we asked about calling a cab to get to the other Hilton down the road. She merely said, "Most people get an Uber" and went on a out her business. We come from a rural area where we don't have Uber, we have neighbors, but we figured it out and made our way down the road. The roo. Itself was spacious and comfortable.

My family and I have previously stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn and it was great. However our stay this time was not as enjoyable. The WiFi was out for our entire stay. The microwave in our room stopped working while we were midway through heating our meal. We also noticed a trail of tiny ants near where we had placed our food. The staff were receptive but not much could be done. On the plus side the location of the hotel is very convenient and the beds were comfortable.
