When we entered our room, it was not clean at all the bed was completely messy and looked like it had not been made or prepared for new guests. My husband went to complain, and they gave us another room. However, that room was extremely cold, and the heater was turned off. I believe it is very disrespectful to any guest, especially families, to be given a room without the heater on. We were traveling with our 2-year-old son, and he was visibly cold, which was very upsetting. To make matters worse, when my child went into the bathroom, the door almost fell on top of him. This is a serious safety hazard. I am attaching a photo for reference. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I want honesty to give him 0 start

The outside looks like a run down flea market the price was $10 more upon arrival, our bed we so uncomfortable, i was like sleeping on rocks, we seen 2 cockroaches crawling around the day of our departure, i brung it to the desk clerks attention and they played it off like it was no big deal and it was a normal common everyday occasion.... would sleep in my car somewhere before ever going bad.

STAY AWAY RUN!! ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE EVERYTHING BROKEN, DIRTY AS HELL, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE IT DID IN THE PICTURE, IT'S NOT A HOTEL IT'S A MOTEL, room smelled, curtains dirty and ripped bed sheets dirty, front desk is a joke. WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The floors were sticky , there was something unflushed in the toilet, it smelled like smoke, the fridge was dirty. I was over charged by 60 dollars at check out and I’m still not sure why. Horrible Experience

This place was seriously over priced. I paid $220 to find out that they were only charging $170 at the door. I was worth $150 at the absolute most.

This isn’t even remotely what we were expecting. There’s a hole in the wall. The air conditioning doesn’t work. When it does work, it blows the entire curtain upwards and therefore we need to use a hair clip to secure it to the windowsill. Speaking of curtains, they don’t close all the way, so another hair clip needs to be used for that. The bathroom smells like cat pee. Pungent. The toilet doesn’t flush. The TV remote is sticky. There are hot wheels stickers plastered all over the fridge and microwave. The USB and outlets don’t work. There was dirt on some of the clean linens upon arrival. The beds make an awful creak when you move. People are entering the property at all hours and it’s LOUD. The neighborhood is sketchy with characters freely walking the parking lot. We literally parked right in front of registration for even a semblance of safety. The property is no more than a place to sleep— if that. The best thing it has going for it, is it boasts vinyl floors. At least those seem more sanitary than carpet.
We needed to use hair clips to keep the AC unit from opening the curtains.
There’s a hole in the wall.
