"Read some scary reviews on yelp so was a little worried, but had no issues. Check in and out was easy, Room was clean and accommodating. Location is perfect. Dock one star because I was next to some loud neighbors and the walls are a little thin, but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast is grab and go - fruit, muffins, juice and coffee"

"bathrooms were cleaned regularly, loved the private toilet, shower, sink set up. loved getting water and ice easily. room small as expected but very comfy bed, slept great. great location, T stops 8 or 11 minute walk. very friendly staff, great coffee at the small cafe loved the hot water and microwave bottom floor to make oatmeal rate no fridge in the room but small bags of ice worked as needed Saturday pm the Spy Bar was loud but not bad up on the 5th floor we would stay again!!!"
