The room was very comfortable and the customer service is top notch. There was no soap in the bathroom sink to wash your hands... the continental breakfast was very limited, and it did not taste fresh.

Our checkin and check out receptionist, Ashley S. Was great! She made us feel at home. The only issue we had for was only one elevator working. And there were quite a few guests so the wait was long.

Convenient for an overnight stay on our way out of Boston (very close to I-93). Room is huge. Breakfast is adequate. Fast check-in and check-out. Good parking indoors and outdoors. Facilities are a little dated and would benefit from an update: carpets don't smell nice, lobby is not inviting, furniture and doors have dents, etc.
