No shower gel, just a tiny bar of soap provided. Only Sling TV provided and Comcast connection didn't work. Staff not willing to do in person check in even though there is Sonder staff at this location, despite technical difficulty with online check in. Guests had to be physically collected from lobby and could not be sent up. Inferior service.

photos of the studio did not match the reality of the space. 8 on a 1-10 scale of cleanliness, 6 for furniture quality (it was wall obviously low budget level). The bed frame was cheap and so low it looked like the mattress was on the floor. The sitting chairs were huge and took up most of the studio space. The high top table was fine but the barstools were too tall... Concierge was great, very helpful though she was not provided with enough information from the Sonder office, which was closed. It was fine for two nights. Worst thing: the towels were dingy and stained.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado em um prédio com excelente infraestrutura e comodidades. Moderno e confortável, conta com vista espetacular para a cidades, além de ter um escritório de atendimento disponível para eventualidades. Apenas, para quem está de carro, o estacionamento em Boston é muito caro, incluindo a garagem ao lado do prédio, embora seja de boa qualidade. A garagem não permite múltiplas entradas e saídas, ainda que se pague pelo dia inteiro.

The property is a short walk from the Fenway Subway; easy to find following accurate directions supplied. Great apartment block; security good. Apartment was clean and spacious. Toiletries and starter pack of coffee / tea supplied. Washing machine &dryer in the apartment. Use of gym on floor 2. Fenway Park is a short walk down the street, it is equally walkable to Back Bay Area. Eateries close by.
