Great location on the beach and next to the train station for easy ride into Boston. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during the stay with a genuine helpfulness. Easy parking at the property. Would have given solid 5 stars on all categories except one elevator was out of service and the remaining working one was congested and made for a wait some times, or take the stairs. Not a big deal really.

Loved the view of Revere beach from my room! The restaurant food was bland, but portions were decent. The hotel room was clean. Breakfast was served until 9 am which was a little early for us since we were traveling and needed more sleep that particular day. Overall the beds were cozy, the workstation in the room was well lit. and comfortable chair, as I had to work while I was there. The bathroom door was a backlit silhouette and was lacking privacy for a shared room. Hotel shuttle pick up from the airport was later than communicated, but still a nice service to have.

The staff was extremely friendly, I’ll say that. The view was great from the room. I didn’t like the pool was closed, I didn’t like the fridge was dirty in our room when we arrived, I didn’t like the breakfast sandwich that was harder than a rock. My family and I loved our stay here. The view from our room was perfect. The room was large enough for me, my mom, and 3 daughters. There was an in house Starbucks to supplement the food options at the complimentary breakfast buffet. The staff were kind and helpful. Some things to consider One of the 2 elevators was out of order so during the day it was a long wait to get to other floors. The breakfast is pretty standard buffet. Parking is on site for $20 a night. There's no way to pull directly onto the lobby floor and unload /load bags. You gave to unload your things in either the parking garage or street level then take the elevator to the lobby.

Right on revere beach. Beautiful views. Close to blue T line. Great restaurants right next to the hotel. Only downside was pool was being repaired. The 2 elevators, one not working , then the second did not work for a day. Guests used the service elevator. Staff was great and made up for the inconvenience. Yes I would definitely stay again.

Location is great and easy to take Subway into Boston using Blue Line as hotel is basically on top of end of the line (Wonderland) or Bus to Salem (we used lyft/uber as it was quicker to get to and from Salem as we only had 1 day planned to see things in Salem). Location also great with easy access to Revere Beach. Hotel was clean, Continental Breakfast is typical/good for any hotel (has a make your own waffle area). They were down to 1 elevator our whole stay which caused for some delays and wait times.

The hotel location was very nice and convenient as it was beside the beach. The pool was enjoyable and the hotel lobby was nice. The room we stayed at with the ocean view is what made this hotel enjoyable. However, despite all of the nice views and location, some of the hotel staff were not very helpful and aren’t super friendly or welcoming. The house keeping was not the best service, our trash can was taken from the front of our room to be emptied and wasn’t returned. One of the two elevators was out of service which made the wait very long for an elevator. Overall, 4 star for views in the room and 2 star for everything else. If you are not staying in an ocean view room, I do not recommend this hotel.
