"Spend at the place 6 days and we enjoyed our stay. Appartment is quite central and everything is in a walking distance. Kitchen is tiny but enough for basic stuff. Just get 20cent coins for the elevator."

"The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

"A wonderful 7 nights spent in a beautiful Italian palace turned into a fabulous hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and devoid of nice restaurants but the Palazzo’ restaurant was wonderful. The staff were brilliant and friendly and helpful and we will definitely return"

"The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed....... Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups.. Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night.... If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice."

"Room was great! The room is in 2nd floor but Giangi was exceptionally helpful in checking us in without any problems and helping us with the baggages. He also went out of his way to help us with recommended things to do and places to visit. The room itself was quit cosy, well stocked with all amenities and comfortable "

"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
