Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. The pool was full of kids playing ball so abandoned that idea The on site restaurant was ok The whole experience was NOT 5 star."

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"The staff were very helpful, the spa was lovely! The hotel and grounds are very nice, albeit looking a bit tired. Breakfast could be better as it felt slightly chaotic as alot of the items kept finishing and people had to ask for it to be replenished. I had an amazing time though and will probably go again ."
