"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. "We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"Very nice young lady checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. There is a gym, pool and spa treatments on site. Restaurants and bar available too. Food was good although limited choice if you were staying more than one night. Room we thought was a bit small by comparison to other chain hotels we've stayed in. That said it was clean and the bed was a comfy std double. The shower wasn't great! Water hot but no matter where you put the controller we couldn't get anywhere near adequate water pressure. Breakfast is a buffet style set up. There is a wide variety of breakfast fare on offer. Full English to a continental. We enjoyed ours very much - maybe a bit too much😀."
