Excellent experience! Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. They actually use REAL eggs which is such a treat since most hotels use creepy fake powder eggs. Everyone was helpful and prompt. Great experience, thanks so much embassy suites!

The hotel is located in a great area. The hotel staff are very nice and the service was good. The biggest problem was the mattress. It’s extremely uncomfortable and we could not sleep for three nights. We ask if we can get a room with a better mattress, but unfortunately, all the rooms have the same mattress.

We were visiting our son who goes to college at University of Colorado Boulder and it was close to his apartment and the school. There are a lot of food choices around the area and the breakfast was wonderful at the embassy suites. If the price is great we will stay again

The staff at this property is wonderful! Also, the main areas are really updated and well kept. The room is on the other hand needs some help. We had a beautiful corner room that had an air-conditioning unit that sounded like we were taking off in a jet, the safe didn’t work, and the handle in the shower would not stay up so the water was either freezing or too hot. They did move us into another room and the room was OK but the shower area again was in need of a complete redo. But I’m going to say again the staff was amazing super accommodating with changing the room once.
