"A very nice room in an old building; it was fun learning my room was from the original building, with the roof being the original wood from 1690. The staff was very kind, useful and responsive. Air conditioning was well appreciated, even if slightly noisy. Well located and easy to walk to the main touristic places. There was a lot of stairs (it’s on the 2nd floor, no elevator, which I knew, and each floor has a lot of stairs). Breakfast is served in the coffee downstairs, not a lot (more like something to drink and a pastry), but it was good and enough for me. Some little understandable downsides include humidity in the room, likely as it’s an old building, even with the AC on. There was also some mold in the shower, but that was the only place I saw some. The bed was very soft, I was worried it would be too soft but I ended up sleeping ok for the two nights."

"Upon arrival we had no information on how to check in. Used WhatsApp and tried to call. Finally got instructions and checked in. Beautiful room, and very clean. Stayed 3 days and garbage never taken out or towels exchanged. Last day elevator died so 5 flights up and down was taxing. All in all happy with the room, just small things would make it better."
