9.6/10 Exceptional! (943 reviews)
Cute boutique hotel that is minutes away from the Arc, shopping, restaurants and the metro. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room cleanliness could have been better - there was a food stain on the curtains from a previous guest and the shower had mold growing on the shower wand and above the soap dispensers. The air conditioning also wasn’t great but thankfully there was a window to get some fresh air. Outside of those opportunities it’s overall a good hotel for a Paris getaway.

8.6/10 Excellent! (901 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent.
The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for.
The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

"Decent Extras, but Room Condition and Service Need Improvement The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the parking lot had EV charging stations, which were definite pluses. The staff were helpful, but basic items were missing: there were only two towels for a three-bed room, the third bed had ..."

"I feel that my say at residhome was just ok. Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt. mattress and bedding were good.
