"Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied."

"Loved this place. Opposite BIC so not far to go home! Hotel great communication after I altered room set up. It was exactly as I'd asked. They were so friendly, particularly on reception. Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd.
