"when I booked this hotel for one night in Santorini I was not sure what to, expect but getting there and went inside I was very surprised at the spaciousness of the room and it was like a studio and the price was amazing. "The Elessa Hotel is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Located in the quiet, beautiful village of Pyrgos, it offers total tranquility and stunning panoramic views. The suites are modern, spacious, and immaculate—our private heated pool was a dream. The staff provide world-class, personalized hospitality, and the fresh breakfast menu is excellent. Highly recommend choosing this over the busy areas of Fira or Oia!"

"While the property doesn’t look like what is seen online (it is older), the staff more than make up for this. The receptionist, cook (for buffet breakfast), and the cleaning ladies are exceptional. They are so friendly and went above and beyond with our special requests. They warmed up leftovers for us, and they stopped laying out fresh-baked goods with nuts and seeds to accommodate the life-threatening allergy of one of our small group. There was daily cleaning and you were greeted with warmth and affection each time you passed one another. We had a car rental which was super handy for getting around the island during our 5-night stay, but you can easily walk into the traditional village of Megalochori or to the Heart of Santorini. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so relaxing and wonderful."

"My husband and I loved our stay at May Seven! The hot tubs take a full 24-48 hours to warm up properly without a cover, but ours ended up nice and toasty and the view was phenomenal. Everything was clean and beautiful. The location was great too - a little away from the touristy areas and very local. We recommend the bakery/gelato just downhill on the corner and the taverna in the town nearby (ask the host!) - authentic and delicious! We would stay here again!"

She also assisted with car rental which would have been one of our biggest regret about the trip! The accommodations were perfect, the pool was cleaned daily and the location was perfect for avoiding the busy life of Fira and to enjoy the subtle but lively Pyrgos."

We dined in the restaurant several times and the food was always delicious, along with the complimentary breakfast. The pool is gorgeous and offers various lounging options. The front desk staff and dining room staff are both lovely and very helpful. Free shuttle to Fira was a bonus. Would love to return to Santorini and stay here again!"

Balcony had a great view and hot tub worked well and heated up quickly. However, it was very windy so using the hot tub was a challenge. Shower was large and bathroom was modern. This was a typical hotel room. Ample parking."
