"Our room was quite damp due to aircon and humidity so the Guest Experience Manager arranged for this to be changed within minutes. Reception was great and sent a bottle of wine and some treats to the room. Bar staff at the lounge bar were fantastic especially at the lounge bar, Charles and Angela and can’t remember the other guys name. Pool and Beach bar staff were good too. Some improvements needed to make it a full 5 star, it needs some better maintenance and the suite may have been refurbished but did not feel fully 5 star overall. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for 1 night."

The food on offer in the all inclusive package was fantastic, especially the food at the Street Food Hub during the day. The only negative of the holiday were the queues for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. Some mornings we were queuing for 20 minutes, which you shouldn’t expect at a 5 star hotel."

Also bare in mind how cosy it is if you want to sunbathe on your deck if you have a swim up room. you literally have people sunbathing in front of you as there are no general pool just the swim up pools so people will be swimming past your room, look into it at all times."
