"We both loved this place - exactly how it is in the photos! Lovely big room overlooking the garden, huge bathroom with everything one could wish for in the bathroom. A wonderful breakfast to start the day with fresh fruit & croissants. "This 19th century chateau was located up a narrow road next to the restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor was old, in the style of the house, but the bed and pillows very comfy. It was surrounded by mature gardens with a pool. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent. It was a very restful stay in the beautiful Pyrenees."

"My "2 bedroom" was on the ground floor, with unreserved parking right outside the living room and main bedroom windows. The curtains don't cover these windows entirely, meaning people getting in and out of their cars get quite the view. Great amenities but lacking the expected service
"Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender. In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time."
