Après réclamation une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée. "Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."

"The hotel is modern with 5 min walk to the center. View over looking Vielha is amazing. However sound isolation could be further improved to have a more comfortable stay."
"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
