"Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. When we got there 2 hours after our check in time this is what we walked into. When asking for another room and expressing our concerns I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Well if that didn’t set me off after driving 4 hours to get to a filthy room. I also watched an elderly couple leave after being moved to 3 different rooms because of the filth. The last straw for them was when they walked into the third room and the bed looked as though someone just got out of it. The staff at the desk were completely unaware that their rooms had never been cleaned by the guy who stood right there telling them they were. The pool was “out of order” my guess would be because no one there would clean it. Just a completely awful experience in whole. I do NOT recommend this place Ever."

"This hotel is the best for workers not for vacation persons. At the reception, the personnin the reception talk to friends. The breakfast was so, so. We are very sad about that. We ask you to have a refund because, we never pay fir this type if hotel. "
