Hotel manager happened to check in with me via text to confirm my arrival. Thank goodness! I was more than a little upset about the check in and parking process. However he came out with the permit and helped me out with that crazy piece of the stay. The rest of the stay was great. So an A for the hotel and staff. F for stupid parking situation.
