Super location in the heart of Downtown, just a 5 minute walk to the pier. Room was comfortable with 2 double beds and a nice lounge area. Good buffet breakfast was included and the car parking is reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay.

Another plus is that the hotel is in walking distance to museums and other cultural activities. The only thing I would suggest is that perhaps more housekeepers are needed It was clear that they work very hard, but my room was not serviced twice. Despite that, I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Place Downtown again.
