Dear Kathryn, Thank you for your preference for our hotel, as well as for your feedback, however, upon reading your review, we found that your description does not match our hotel. The hotel does have a bar at its disposal but it is located at ground zero near the lobby, not on the roof. Regarding the size of the room you stayed in, the duplex suite is over 30 square meters and the hotel is very new and modern, we are only open for 2 years, cleanliness is one of the features that we have the highest score of our guests. We understand that mistakes happen and from the points listed, we think this review was not intended for the Burgus Tribute & Design Hotel.
