"We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, East Greenbush, NY. The staff was friendly. Some areas in the bathroom like toilet and bathtub look outdated. Room was clean. Facilities were nicely kept. Buffet breakfast was a little limited in hot food options; just eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more continental than anything. Gym equipment was a little rusty. There was excessive knocking like 2 hours before checkout time. They came to the room to ask if needed fresh towels and to take garbage out which is strange since it was so close to checkout time. There was a beeping sound on the 3rd floor and a complaint was made and the maintenance person came to fix it. Overall, it was a good place to stay overnight and get some rest. "

"I went to see a concert at the Palace which had additional restaurant opportunities within a 2 block radius from the Hampton Inn. My handicap suite was so spacious and accommodating. Wonderful modular couch allowed me to read Shakespeare 's Julius Cesar while hubby worked remotely on computer at the inhouse work space. Front desk staff provided us with menus to order late night dinner from local Italian restaurants. Soho pizza delivered a humongous Chicken Parm sub and chips for two along with a delicious Carrot cake. We quenched our thirst with cold drinks as we retired to our cozy bed to see the New England Patriots hand our beloved Buffalo Bills there first loss of the season. The next morning after taking a luxurious shower and getting dressed, hubby and I helped ourselves to the smorsgboard of breakfast entrees with hot steaming coffee and orange juice. Generous parking and safe accommodations. Will definitely visit hotel on my next journey."

"Great two night stay! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub both days. Our room was clean and neat and fully stocked. The bathroom had obvious water damage along the walls, and the furnishings were dated- but all functioned well- even the DVD player! We rented some from the front desk. Our room was next to an entry point so there was noise every time someone entered the building. The grounds were well kept- we utilized the Adirondack chairs in the morning for coffee and in the evenings to wind down. Surprised to find the grill area and playground the last morning. If staying longer this is definitely a nice added feature. The staff was friendly and welcoming at the desk. The checkout time of 10am was probably the biggest downside of a good weekend spent. Location wise it was a good launching point for exploring the Berkshires, definitely make a trip to Guido’s marketplace while there. Again-While dated in decor- the room was comfortable and offered a lot of comforts you can’t get in most standard hotels. Thanks for a great stay! "
