"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. Anyway, I am usually flexible and understanding, so when she told me that she had one room left, I asked...

"Vi ankom torsdag 19/2-26, vi kunne tjekke ind kl. 15.00, men da vi kom fra Kbh. og var usikker på vejene kom vi 1 time før. Vejeret var meget meget koldt, det var værelset også. Både værelset og badeværelset var uden varme, og isende, vi måtte bruge håndklæder og tæppet i sengen for at få varmen, og tænde for radiatorerne på 5. Gulvet var også iskoldt at gå på. Vi har brugt huset flere gange og været tilfreds, men det vi oplevede denne gang, uden varme var ikke ok."

"Nice old-style hotel with new upgrades. Breakfast is good and you can have dinner there as well. Easy to walk to restaurants and nearby shopping. Parking is a bit hard to attain, especially if you don't have a compact car. Full size cars are hard to park in the area. Try to avoid summertime if you require AC, as the rooms I've stayed in don't have AC. This is the only downside."
