"Stay was nice. Comfy room and the bathrooms were nice too. Very clean. Only thing is on the mini fridge there was no way to adjust the temperature and everything kinda stayed warm. The TV remote didn’t work well either. Breakfast was good as always. Big roach by the stairs but it’s Florida and unfortunately they are all over. Not blaming the hotel for that because the property was very clean. Asked for a late check out but was denied which I’ve never heard of. Lots of shopping in the area too...

"The lady at Check In (Leslie) was very nice and friendly, she made us aware of all the issues before agreeing to check in. She gave us an upgrade and we stayed right above the lobby in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super comfy and although it was not equiped or had the amenties as other Extended Stay it was enough for us since we just needed a place to rest nearby. The beds were super comfy and thankfully unlike other reviewers I did not see any roaches and our apartment was very clean."
