"The mini fridge was a big perk as it seems many accommodations in London do not include one. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to places within central London. There is a Tesco Express right next door which was extremely convenient. The front desk person was very helpful when he was there. "Afordable and well situated"

"Staff were very friendly and understanding. Also the location was great as it wasn't too far away from the city centre of London. It's very close to the local shops as well as pubs."

But overall, great experience, very social hostel, helpful staff. Super close to Borough Market which is a must. It was sort of loud at night just because the city is noisy. "

"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic.
