"Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."

"We liked the HVAC for the room was easy to use. Choice of window blinds for sleeping. Room furniture was comfortable. Only problem was tv placement, tv should either be in the bedroom or in the living room, the way it is laid out was not comfortable to watch from either location."

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work. The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was confortable but it was a full size bed. I liked the location it was near Bandywine Creek nice for a walk or run."
