"Wasn’t too impressed for a one night stay. When we arrived we were informed it’s £5 per person to use the pool / leisure area!!! This was not mentioned anywhere, I think advertising there’s a pool then charging guests when they arrive is ridiculous. Me and my partner are young and fairly healthy and we struggled with the commute to our room. No lifts, only to certain rooms. The room itself was ok, not suitable for the heat. There was an air conditioner but it didn’t work too well. The television remote was missing so we couldn’t even use it! The lounge area, bar and restaurant were lovely. The staff were nothing but helpful and kind so big thanks to them. The garden was also a really nice place to chill out. I’d say booking a smaller cheaper room isn’t worth it, if you have the money to splurge on a more deluxe room it may make the stay more worthwhile. Great location for the beach, food and gardens."

"We’ve had bad experiences before with twin beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed, so this was especially disappointing. We came to celebrate our 21st anniversary and were allocated two single beds joined together. During the night the beds separated, leaving a gap in the middle, and we were both woken up after falling into it. We both struggled to sleep and ended up with back pain the next morning. We informed the manager in the morning. She apologised and offered Prosecco, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it didn’t really make up for the discomfort and disruption to what was meant to be a special anniversary celebration. We left feeling very disappointed."

"Clean room, sky bar has closed which we didn’t realise ( our fault for not checking ) Breakfast was a disaster, hotel couldn’t cope with the number of people, ran out of fruit and other breakfast items, food items that were there were poor ….. terrible orange juice ….. we gave up and ate breakfast outside the hotel. Staff were helpful and apologetic, but for a major chain that charges premium rates for its rooms the planning was clearly very poor. We wouldn’t stay again."

"The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable and stuff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel in an excellent location . The hotel himself are very small and perfect for everyone that wants to have the best time in Bournemouth.There is an outside sitting area too. Definitely will be back and will recommend it to my family and friends."

"Great place, Very nice room, nice touch with water in the room very quiet, ample free parking, didn’t have breakfast ( included ) as I had to leave early, Two small issues, had a bath & nearly set the fire alarm off as bathroom door was slightly open ( my fault ) & breakfast was really far to late for working people ( 9.00am ) I would stay again but probably not if working."
