First the check in line was very slow. Not sure what was happening, but it took a while to check in. Next while we were checking in the lady in front of us told us how dirty her room was. Her and the lady in front of her were both leaving because of the dirty rooms. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with check in. We went to the room opened the door and the heat hit us. No air on. The temperature outside was 102. Then i went to the bathroom and looked at the toilet. It was disgusting!! I looked at the bed it looked ok but i was not taking any chances though and went back to the front desk. They said they were sorry and gave me my money back.

Front desk upgraded the room. That was the only postive about the stay. Other than that, Limited dinning, dirty, not being able to ask for towels after a certain time. Room was dirty, towels were dirty. Food was not the greatest. No signal. Not being able to connect to the wifi.

Check in and out we’re super easy. The condo was big and had more than enough room! Only issue was that the floors looked to be cleaned in a rush. Past guest’s items were found under and around things. The TV in the kings size bedroom didn’t work, but my husband and I didn’t mind because we were too tired to watch tv most nights. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was even better! The lady in charge was always making sure everything was god and helped when it wasn’t. Lots of room to find a spot for our large group and the food was never a let down! We definitely plan on booking here again for our next Branson trip!!!

It was terrible by far the worst hotel I've ever went into. I couldn't even stay there because the whole room was damp and there was stains all over the bed. The TV didn't work. The room look like it was literally falling in

The receptionist at the front desk was very slow in helping us when we arrived. The breakfast was poor the next morning, no eggs or bacon or sausage. And you have to walk up a steep hill from the lodging to get to the breakfast room. Our room was missing a knob to turn on the double lamp between the beds, missing a place to hang clothes, missing chairs, phone, clock. The beds were hard. The walls were thin, any outside conversation was loud. Had it not been for our housekeeper, Ashley, we would have been miserable. She brought in two chairs, a rolling wardrobe with hangers, and put a knob on the lamp. She kept us furnished with paper cups, laundry, even toilet paper. It was never hard to find her. Still, it's difficult to relax when you're the one to see that your room is supplied. I asked several times for a receipt at the front desk, they promised one every time, but I never got one. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was ok the lady that checked us in was new it was her secand day and she was a houekeepeer and ahe did a good job we got to our the bathroom door handle was falling off witch the maintaine man did say when we checked in i tighten it up with a screw driver i had in my truckthe remote to the was also broken with a big piece missing from the back. The ciling tiles in the bathroom above the shower we're broken and falling down and a couple of caps and a broken weed pipe was stuck in the door jam lock that i had to dig out to be able to lock the door after i request ed that it be done but never did. Biscuits and gravy and waffles and creal is all they offer for breakfast choices

My wife and I were on a weekend getaway on a tight budget. Our room was clean but the whole facility is very old and ran down. Cosmetics of the facility were poor, but clean. No eggs for breakfast, just carbs.

Room was recently remodeled and clean. We got there at 3pm but the room was not ready for another 30 min. But Ashley cleaned it good. Breakfast was very good with freshly made waffles, gravy, biscuits and fixings etc. The big problem was privacy as we could hear everything neighbors were talking and doing and seemed that they were in our room. Also we could hear dogs barking. It was scary at night as it seemed that they were in our room.

My husband got sick the day we were supposed to be leaving, causing us to have to check out late, I went up to the office and explained, when we came to check our, we didn’t have a late check out fee, got told she had waved it for us. Very friendly staff, accommodating, and pleasant to be around. Will be staying here again!

I was thrilled about the $56/night price online, but then when i checked in it was $120 plus a $50 deposit. The room had 2 towels and when i asked for more i was told housekeeping would bring them, but that never happened. The room was filthy...hair all over the bathroom floor. The Floor left mine and my childrens feet BLACK...The mini fridge did not work at all and some plug ins didnt work either...my ice bucket was cracked so it leaked water everywhere. Front desk lady was super sweet. In my opinion, the stay was not worth $120.

Great stay!
I thought this stay was going to be a flop because of a wrong room incident, but it was quickly corrected. We enjoyed our stay. The studio we booked was very nice and clean. We loved the location of the hotel. It wasn’t too far from the attractions, but still off from the busy strip. We LOVED the lady who was in the dining area in the mornings. I didn’t catch her name but she was great. We will definitely book here again!

Office people were nice the breakfast lady was outstanding it was quiet great location the room was dirty there was broken glass on the floor the mirror was dirty the sheets on the bed were dirty I never got clean towels replaced , I directly asked the housekeeper and tipped her 10.00 dollars she never brought them . I went to the office and spoke to a man there he told me to go back to my room and towels would be delivered that never happened either the house keeper told me she would bring towels she never did it was frustrating there more complaints mostly housekeeper was not doing her job broken glass was a crack pipe housekeeping left the broom and vacuum in my my room I told her to come pick it up she never did 3 days of no housekeeping services means toilet paper was not checked no clean towels no clean sheets no waste basket in the room either .

Very poor experience that started as soon as we checked in at 3:00 PM. Took the clerk 15 minutes just to check us in and then advised us our room wasn't ready due to labor issues. Not impressed after being on the road for 7 hours. A sign on the check-in counter told us everything we had to abide by otherwise it would cost us a fee. How about a Welcome sign?? Had to bring our door key card back to office before we left. Tried to do that at 6:30 AM but the front door was locked. Had to wait 20 minutes just to drop key off otherwise they would charge us. Would never stay here again.

Wonderful smaller resort back off the 76 strip, but not far. Clean rooms. Great water pressure. Small tvs but flat screens & mounted. Nice saltwater pool. Very friendly & helpful staff. Irena was wonderful. Always willing to help. She also makes a wonderful complimentary breakfast!!!

Well let's see. The sheets would never stay on either bed we had to fix them anytime anyone got up. The trash was never taken out by a cleaning person i personal had to take it out twice i have pics of you would like them. They never brought us clean towels i had to go ask for them at the office. They never came in and took the dirty towels either we was there 4 nights so these towels just set under the sink cause no one ever came in and checked the room. We had to go to the office twice and ask for toilet papers cause no oneever came in our room. There was a ceiling tile that wasn't up properly. A Crack in the flooring. The toilet i had to fix anytime someone went to the bathroom. It wouldn't fill back up with water without pushing down on the plunger piece in the tank if you want pictures of everything i have i can send them.i have pics of what was wrong when i got here. The tag can over flowing the ceiling tile as well and how i left the room..

Staff member Irena was delightful! Helpful, polite, friendly. I looked forward to greeting her each day. Very reasonably priced. The grounds felt safe and the rooms secure. Breakfast was included, but was heavy on carbs with little protein options. The room needs updating. The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. I spent half of each day sore from sleeping in it. We stayed 5 nights and did not receive any housekeeing service.

Joe, Thankyou for your feedback! Irena is very great. I appreciate the feedback about the beds as well. These are the kinds of subtle things that we rely on feedback to correct. As for housekeeping service, we don't normally do stay over service unless it is requested. I apologize about the confusion.

Not what I was expecting
It took 15 minutes to check in bc the clerk was so slow. Even tho it was check in time, I was told the room would take another 5 minutes to clean. When I went to my room 20 minutes later, there were not any cups (although there was coffee and a coffee machine), no ice bucket (I had to use a garbage can to get ice from the machine), no toilet paper, only 1 towel/hand towel and wash cloth, no blanket and no pillow cases (4 pillows). On top of that, the hotel charged my credit card when the reservation for the 3 nights stay had already been paid for (I found this out 3 days after I left the property. They have an additional registration fee, so when I extended my stay an extra day, I was charged for that, too. But...the biscuits and gravy for breakfast was delicious!
