The resort is quiet and yet still easy to access the local entertainment. However, it is an older resort that needs updating. The bedroom television was very old and small. The beds were hard and lumpy.

The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of nature, hills and trees, the overall 2 bedroom villa was laid out very nice with the bedrooms on either side of the villas with a nice sized kitchen and living area with dining table in-between. Parking could have been an issue if the building was full, there were 4 small parking spaces for this 4 unit building. Also note that kitchen utensils and pans are limited, just enough to get by. While the property had 3 pools they were very far apart, literally miles apart in some cases. The room seemed relatively clean, however when I went to clean floors I could tell they hadn't been properly cleaned recently based on the filth that came off. There were 2 bedrooms, one had no tv, one had a tv that was maybe 20 inches, seemed quite small for a king bedroom suite

It’s “ok.” It’s not a place I would necessarily recommend. It’s outdated (feels like a 70s furnished B-Movie film set), but it’s close to SDC, and has a gated entryway for comfort and safety. The staff were a bit “annoyed” with how confusing entry and such is, which is surprising too since the complication of permanent residents and hospitality based ones seems complicated already. The room itself was falling apart - a closet door handle snapped in two, a set of blinds in the bedroom would not fully drop, there was also an odd odor that suggested mildew or a lack of air filter focus. Overall, 6/10, but I’d probably try a better place before paying to return here.
