"The hotel was situated close to all the attractions, restaurants and local amenities. Located in an area with fantastic views of the mountains, the hotel grounds are picturesque and great for family activities, we've stayed here a couple of times now and have enjoyed the hotel and friendly staff. "Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

"Great with kids - spacious rooms and super professional staff. Very close to ski school. They even have a separate play room. The bar coffee was top notch, great restaurant and wine choices. Definitely the best option in the resort. "
