"The manager really went above and beyond to make sure the condo was guest ready. Ice cubes plates, silver ware dish liquid cooking oil ready.. more accomadting than my resort in some ways.. imo"

"I get to room and there are food crumbs on couch. Water all over floor in bathroom,slipped and ran into cloths machine. Dishes not put away in kitchen. Empty wine bottles n box in cabinet. Tv wouldn't work, had to buy battery's for remote. Trying to getting a hold of owner responded a day later.big hole in 1 bedroom by AC that a rat or cat could get in and heat coming in all the time.just sheets,nothing more on bed. Old metal bed made noises anytime you would move at night. No fan to circulate air except for living/ dineing room,which had a ticking sound. 2 burned out light bulbs. Heat for water on demand didn't work,breaker tripped so pushed button even thou there was a bare wire hanging near it. No bottle oper or coffee cups.opened back door and 3 kittens tried getting in. 1 of the 2 pools was empty. Bright lights outside facing windows so was not to dark in the rooms. Couch 3 piece so would move around if you layed on it,uncomfortable and small,for children.owner got back n said she been gone 5 days and she would talk to housekepper.nothing more! Found much better room 30 minutes away with no prob n same price ."

"From the moment my wife and I stepped onto the resort we felt treated like royalty. Walking up to the front desk we were met with someone offering us a fresh coconut drink, followed by a damp towelette, then we were presented three girls dancing to tropical music for us. Great way to start a vacation! Later, when we first walked into our room, we were pleasantly surprised at the newness and super cleanliness of it all. Very modern, clean and complete. The bed was a king size, with a comfortable mattress and set of pillows (I almost asked where I could buy a set for my house but I forgot). The staff is also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile, whether they were table servers, gardeners or janitors. The grounds on the island are very welcoming, super photogenic, an ideal place for a wedding if that’s what someone might be looking for. Also a great place for a church or business group getaway, with a large meeting facility to accommodate a fairly large group of people. Probably the only disappointment was that The Mill burger restaurant was not as experienced in steak based meals as they were in Filipino meals. The steak I had the first night was disappointing but everything else they served up was delicious. All in all, my wife enjoyed an amazing three days of peace and rest, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, without breaking the bank. It is also very affordable!"
