Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia. Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente."

"O apartamento muito bom no entanto tive problemas com o anfitrião. Contato difícil e tive muito problemas de acesso no prédio e demora pra o retorno. Além disso a pia da cozinha estava entupida e demorou para alguém ir arrumar. E os utensílios de cozinha muito sujos."
