"-The manager was awful and had the worst customer service -We waited in line for 45 minutes at check in. There was only 1 other person in front of us. -I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone. -He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information. I stated that something must be wrong with his system because I had never had this problem before. He then began to argue...
