I can understand charging for parking while on a cruise but not for an overnight stay. That should be included. Room and bed were comfortable. Liked the location to the Strand. I would stay again. "

"Really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and had everything i needed, including a microwave and small refrigerator. They had a couple free of bottles of water for members of hotel club, but everyone else had to pay. The people working the desk were very friendly. My only dislike was the parking. It is paid parking, and uses QR code on a paper hang down tag for your car for entry and exit of the parking garage. If you didnt hold the paper in just the right position, it would take forever to get in and out, but did, eventually, work, after a few error messages. I would definitely stay again, despite this."
