"The room was clean but they are Renovating the property. I went to get ice through the stairs and got trapped and had to go to the second floor to be able to come out and then find a working elevator. This is dangerous! Stairs should be available at all times with your key card. Everything in the front lobby was under construction. Signs not to use this or that were not posted. It was expensive too. "

"The staff at this property are the most friendly and helpful that I've come across! I have stayed here 3 times, and they are consistently polite and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant, all are well trained and they SMILE! Any issues that I may have had with the property would be minimized by the amazing attitudes of the staff. The hotel is a bit older, but in good shape and well kept. The pool is very nice and the restaurants are all good. Rooms are comfy & mostly quiet."

"My friend and I were underwhelmed with the hotel although Spencer at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."
